Pak Choi White Flash (Bok Choy)

Improved white stemmed Pak Choi with fine mild-tasting dark leaves and thick flattened petioles. Comparable to Joi Choi, the compact upright plant has many stems firmly bunched and can be harvested 40 days and onwards from sowing.  Heat tolerant and suitable for year-round growing.
