NZ Veggie Plants first started off as a nameless side hustle in Drury, founded by Rajni back in 2010. She started off using a small Hatchback and sold a small variety of plants at the local flea markets. As time went on, the varieties increased, people became more interested in creating their own backyard garden. We now go to 6 different markets across Auckland and have entered the online realm.

We are driven by strong values, trying to get strong healthy seedlings without the use of harsh chemicals sprays to your home and also giving access to free information so that can can be more successful in growing your own veggie garden. We believe the future of health and self sustainability is directly connected with having a veggie garden at home and our mission involves aiding this shift.
