Pak Choi Shanghai (Bok Choy)

High-quality Pak Choi with dark green leaves and light green stems. The compact upright plant has vigorous growth and a profusion of bunched tasty leaves. Tolerant to heat and cold so suitable for cropping year round. Good mildew resistance. Harvest 40 days from direct sowing onwards as it's slow to bolt.
