Mint

An old favourite, Peppermint tea makes a pleasant and refreshing alternative to coffee and regular tea. Can be used either fresh or dry. Not to be confused with Common Garden Mint. Medicinally it is used to aid digestion and relieve pain from gas and bloating.

Position: Partial shade
Planting: 30cm apart (we recommend planting in a separate pot)
Maturity: 4-8 weeks (pick leaves as it grows)
Height: 0.6 metres
