Tinda

Tinda, also known as Indian Round Gourd or Apple Gourd, is a popular warm-season vegetable commonly used in Indian and South Asian cooking. The vigorous vines produce small, round, light-green fruit with tender white flesh and a mild flavour. Best harvested while young and tender. Tinda thrives in warm conditions and can be grown along the ground or supported on a trellis.
